As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation through implementation and beyond. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional project teams, including developers, administrators, and business analysts.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates, gather feedback, and manage expectations.
- Understanding the Technical details of requirement at a higher level and play Business Analyst role when needed.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact.
- Experience in process documentation, mapping and optimization
- Project adherence to Scope and Timelines Expertise.
- May be responsible for one or more projects.
- Consults with business partners to clarify and define complex project requirements, budgets and business cases, including statements of work.
- Develop and execute change management plans to support user adoption of Salesforce solutions.
- Proactively identify and address project issues, escalating as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain a focus on quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years’ experience required
- 6+ years’ experience with Project Management or overall Experience
- Technical Analysis of requirements along with Business understanding is a must.
- Requirement Gathering and Traceability Across the project Delivery is must.
- Need a self-starter, ability to create and define a project plan, will need to drive numerous project teams and work with difficult business partners and project stakeholders
- Need to maintain a flexible work schedule, resource will be required to work across multiple time-zones on occasion depending on international countries involved
- Risk Management , Scope Management , Time Management specially in handling Enterprise Projects is required.,
- Experience in Salesforce.com platform and ecosystem (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Education Cloud) with track record in enterprise level project and regional rollout a plus.
