We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Quality Analyst with a strong background in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC). The ideal candidate will possess a blend of skills across quality assurance, business analysis, and Scrum Master. They will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and success of e-commerce solutions while effectively bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementations.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Use automation tools and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency, where applicable.
- Track and manage defects using tools like JIRA, ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for SFCC projects.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Conduct workshops and user interviews to understand and validate business requirements.
- Lead small to medium-sized e-commerce projects, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate team meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Collaborate with development and design teams to ensure alignment with SFCC capabilities.
Salesforce Commerce Cloud Expertise:
- Leverage deep knowledge of SFCC to identify opportunities for platform optimization and enhancements.
- Strong knowledge of SFCC business manager.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years in quality assurance and business analysis roles.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud business manager.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce workflows, including storefront development, integrations, UI and backend processes.
2. Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
3. Soft Skills:
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership and mentoring experience is a plus.
Certifications:
- Salesforce certifications: BA & B2C developer
- Agile Scrum Master is a plus.
