Job Description:
We are looking for a Salesforce QA Lead, to ensure the quality and functionality of our Salesforce implementations.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Salesforce QA, who is skilled in developing and executing test plans and strategies.
While this position does not include team management responsibilities initially, it offers the potential for growth into a leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance and Testing:
Develop and implement comprehensive test plans for Salesforce applications.
Conduct hands-on functional, regression, and performance testing.
Identify, document, and track defects, collaborating with development teams for resolution.
Test Strategy Development:
Create detailed, effective test strategies and methodologies.
Ensure testing processes align with the project requirements and timelines.
Manage testing environments and configurations specific to Salesforce.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with development teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Communicate test progress, results, and challenges effectively to stakeholders.
Participate in project planning, review meetings, and agile ceremonies.
Technical Expertise and Continuous Learning:
Stay abreast of new Salesforce features and updates to leverage in QA processes.
Develop and maintain expertise in test automation tools and best practices.
Assist in troubleshooting complex issues within Salesforce.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in QA/testing, with a focus on Salesforce platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and its functionalities.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Relevant Salesforce and QA certifications are a plus.
