We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with expertise in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and strong Business Analyst capabilities. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end eCommerce projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement, enhance, and support SFCC solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to drive successful project execution while also gathering business requirements and ensuring seamless integration of SFCC with other enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee SFCC implementation, migration, and enhancement projects.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Identify project risks and create mitigation strategies.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Conduct status meetings, stakeholder updates, and project retrospectives.
- Good hands-on experience on business manager.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Define and prioritize user stories and acceptance criteria for SFCC development.
- Conduct gap analysis between business requirements and SFCC capabilities.
- Support UAT and ensure smooth business adoption.
- Act as the primary point of contact between business teams, IT, and external vendors.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with third-party service providers and ensure contract deliverables.
- Work with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to optimize eCommerce performance.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and QA teams to ensure SFCC best practices.
- Understand SFCC B2C/B2B capabilities, architecture, and APIs for seamless integrations.
- Stay updated with SFCC roadmap, new features, and industry best practices.
