Job Summary: We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. This role will focus on supporting the full sales cycle for Salesforce solutions, helping to identify new business opportunities, and nurturing client relationships under the guidance of senior team members. The ideal candidate will combine sales acumen with Salesforce industry knowledge to effectively communicate our value proposition to prospective clients. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a sales professional to develop specialised expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem while building valuable consultative selling skills in a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Qualification: Screen and qualify inbound leads for the sales pipeline.
- Sales Support: Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and conducting initial discovery calls.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate client, prospect and opportunity data within our Salesforce CRM.
- Market Research: Identify potential target accounts and gather competitive intelligence.
- Client Communication: Support ongoing client relationships through regular check-ins and follow-ups.
- Sales Administration: Coordinate internal resources to support the sales process.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: 4-5 years in a sales or business development role.
- Knowledge: Working understanding of Salesforce CRM from a user perspective.
- Skills: Strong communication, organisation, and time management abilities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in technology or SaaS sales.
- Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Experience with sales methodologies and CRM best practices.
- Background in consultative selling approaches.
