We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Salesforce Presales Lead to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in bridging the gap between business objectives and technical solutions, collaborating closely with the sales team to articulate the value of Salesforce products and solutions to potential clients. Your expertise in Salesforce products—spanning Sales, Service, Field Service, Einstein Analytics, and Vlocity—will be essential in demonstrating how Cloud Odyssey’s Salesforce capabilities can support clients’ strategic goals in the enterprise sector.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience of managing Salesforce Presales activities and customer engagements in Enterprise customer segments / large deals
- Experience of presenting to senior leaders and C-level executives.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce products and solutions – at a minimum Sales, Service, DX, Field Service, Einstein Analytics, Salesforce Vlocity (Ex: Commerce Cloud, Education Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud) focus is mandatory.
- Experience of working and engaging with customers in USA.
- Must have Salesforce Certification(s).
- Aware of the latest developments and releases of solutions.
Good to have Project delivery experience of at least 2 years and with minimum 2 end-to-end project implementations from project scoping to delivery. Excellent communications and presentation skills.- He/ She can be anywhere in US but willing to travel to client location when required.

- Appropriate knowledge of Salesforce standard objects Leads, Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Products, Lead processes, and Sales processes, is required.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Lightning.
- Hands experience with Salesforce development, administration, system integrations, Lightning Design System, and bug fixes.
Responsibilities:
Drive and own the complete Salesforce presales activities for Cloud Odyssey US Region.- Develop and enhance the presales processes and proposal templates.
- Define, develop and optimize the project effort estimation processes and techniques.
- Engage with prospective customers to showcase practice capabilities and strengths.
- Review and respond to RFQs/RFPs and provide support on RFP requests.
- Prepare, Present and submit solution proposals and Demos.
- Engage with Sales team in customer discussions and negotiations on proposals.
- Prepare the Scope & SoW documents.
- Manage smooth transition and handover of new projects to Delivery Teams at CO.
- Conduct solution demos and presentations at events.
- Build and enhance functional and technical knowledge on Salesforce Products and solutions.
Should be able to coordinate building Assets, POCs, work with Solution Engineers.Why work with us?
