We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing a pipeline of leads, and driving revenue growth through outbound prospecting. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record of sales success, excellent communication skills, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through outbound methods
- Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop strategies.
- Provide product demonstrations and consultations to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of inside sales or tele-sales experience.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
