Cloud Odyssey, a dedicated Salesforce consulting partner, is delighted to announce that it has been recognised by Salesforce as the Implementation Partner of the Year for the UK and Ireland. This prestigious award highlights the company’s exceptional performance in delivering successful Salesforce projects and driving customer satisfaction.
The Salesforce Partner Awards dinner and ceremony took place during the recent annual Salesforce UKI Partner Regatta. The evaluation of partners is entirely data-driven from Salesforce’s Customer survey scores which assess how successfully each partner in the UKI has measured up in terms of their implementations and delivering customer success.
Since its launch in 2021, Cloud Odyssey has experienced rapid growth in the EMEA, South Asia, and more recently in the US, expanding its team to over 250 experts. In the last 12 months alone, the company has successfully completed more than 50 Salesforce implementations, achieving an impressive average customer satisfaction rating of 4.9/5 as measured independently by Salesforce.
“Cloud Odyssey has consistently demonstrated its expertise in leveraging the Salesforce platform to address the unique needs of businesses in the UK and Ireland. Through innovative solutions and a deep understanding of industry-specific challenges, the company has helped numerous organisations achieve their business objectives,” commented James Walker, Partner Account Manager, Salesforce.
“We are honoured to be recognised by Salesforce as the UKI Implementation Partner of the Year,” said Suresh Goli, Founder and CEO of Cloud Odyssey. “This award is a testament to the high calibre, dedication and hard work of our entire team. I would also like to thank our customers for taking the time to give us such great feedback and our friends at Salesforce for their trust.”
