2024 was an incredible year for Cloud Odyssey! We kicked things off with a bang, having just earned Salesforce Summit partnership status (previously known as Platinum) – a major milestone recognizing our significant investment, impressive growth, and most importantly, the amazing results we achieved for our customers. Awards & Recognition
We were absolutely thrilled to be named Salesforce Implementation Partner of the Year for the UK and Ireland. This award is a testament to our team’s dedication and the incredible work we do to help our customers succeed with Salesforce.
Expanding Our Reach
- London Calling! We made a move to the iconic Salesforce Tower in London, giving us a fantastic new base to better serve our customers and partners across the EMEA region.
- Across the Pond: We strengthened our presence in North America, led by the brilliant Sandeep Gupta, Roy Chand, Pratap Veluri, and Ashish Mishra, to help accelerate the rate of growth and ensure we keep delivering outstanding results for our clients.
- Growing in India: To support our rapidly expanding team in Hyderabad, we doubled our office space, creating an even better environment for our talented team to thrive.
Reaching New Heights
We celebrated a major milestone this year – completing over 100 successful projects! From retail giants to innovative startups, we’ve helped businesses across industries transform their operations with powerful Salesforce and MuleSoft solutions.
Investing in Expertise
Our investment in Salesforce mirrored our growth trajectory. In 2024, we more than doubled the number of certifications held by our experts in both Salesforce and MuleSoft, achieving significant Salesforce and Industry Expertise levels as reflected in our Appexchange listing.
Throughout 2024, we continued to enhance our Multi-Cloud capabilities while expanding our core practices across all major Salesforce Clouds, Industries, and MuleSoft. Some of the areas that experienced significant growth last year include:
- Revenue Cloud: Our Revenue Cloud practice took flight, with over 10 experts now boasting over 15 certifications.
- MuleSoft: Our MuleSoft team more than tripled in size, reflecting the increasing demand for seamless integrations.
- Commerce Cloud: We continued to deliver exceptional results for our Commerce Cloud clients, with successful B2B, B2C and Order Management (OMS) implementations across the globe. We’re proud to have introduced innovative features like ‘Buy Now’ and ‘Selective Checkout’ to enhance the customer experience.
- Data Analytics: We’ve invested in building our Data Cloud, Tableau and CRM Analytics expertise, focusing on developing data-driven solutions to deliver impactful insights for our clients.
- Agentforce: We’ve been diving deep into Salesforce’s Agentforce technology, earning over 40 AI certifications and developing exciting proof-of-concepts that demonstrate the incredible potential of AI to transform employee and customer experiences.

Looking Ahead
We’ve had an exceptional start to 2025. We’re honored to be one of only three UKI partners selected for the Salesforce UKI Partner Agentforce Challenge Finals. We’ve also strengthened our EMEA leadership team with the addition of four highly experienced leaders, marking a significant milestone in our growth journey.
