Our POSH policy

The objective of Cloud Odyssey’s POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) policy is to outline our commitment to prohibiting harassment in the workplace.

Cloud Odyssey strives to maintain a healthy, safe and productive work environment which is free from discrimination or harassment based on race, colour, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, age, or other factors that are unrelated to Cloud Odyssey legitimate business interests.

Cloud Odyssey will not tolerate sexual advances, actions or comments or racial or religious slurs, jokes or any other comments or conduct in the workplace that creates, encourages or permits an offensive, intimidating or inappropriate work environment”

This is applicable to all employees of Cloud Odyssey, including any gender, part-time employees or on contract or service providers deployed on the premises. The policy covers such acts occurred within the premises of the organization or deemed premises which are within the organization’s control”

Any aggrieved individual may make in writing, a complaint of sexual harassment to the POSH IC members at posh@cloudodyssey.co
