Cloud Odyssey is pleased to introduce COEM, or Cloud Odyssey Estate Management, a new AppExchange-approved app. This is the one of the best applications for modern real estate organization’s because it integrates many of their processes. COEM is available and compatible to Salesforce Sales Cloud and its features are well organised for their efficient usage. You may now download and utilise this App Exchange product for real estate operations management on the Salesforce App Exchange.

COEM Pre Installation Procedure:

NOTE: Before Installing the COEM package into any org, Below are the Pre Installation steps to be configured in your respective org.

Step1: Open any browser and enter Login.Salesforce.com

             (https://login.salesforce.com/?locale=eu)

Step2: After entering the Login.salesforce.com another window will open up where you have to enter your Username and Password. After that click on the LogIn Button.

Creation of Custom Picklist Values in the Opportunity and Lead Object:

  1. Add a picklist values to the Lead Status Field from the Lead object as shown below with values.

Step 1: Click on object manager tab and go to the search box as shown in below screenshot for searching an object. Search for Lead object shown in the Below image.

Step 2: Go to Lead Status Field in the Fields & Relationships as highlighted in the below Image.

Step 3:To create a New custom picklist value, click on the New button in the Lead Status Picklist values Section.

Step 4: Now create a Custom Picklist Value Named as “Request for Brochure”  As shown in below.

Step 5: Now Create the Below Mentioned Custom picklist values by following  the above two  Steps for below values.

1.Open – In progress

2.Request a Site Visit

3.Site Visit Completed

4.Site Visit Request Cancelled

5.Not available right now

NOTE:

Create the Lead Status Picklist values  in the Below Mentioned Order only

Open – Not Contacted

Open – Contacted

Open – In progress

Request for Brochure

Request a Site Visit

Site Visit Completed

Site Visit Request Cancelled

Closed – Not Converted

Closed – Converted

Not available right now

After adding all the picklist values into the Lead Status field as shown in below.

  1. Create Custom picklist values in the”Stage” Picklist feild in the Opportunity Object as shown below.[1] .

Step 1: In the Object Manager search for Opportunity Object as shown in the Below image.

Step 2: Go to Stage Field in the Fields & Relationships as highlighted in the below Image.

Step 3:To create a New custom picklist value, click on the New button in the Stage Picklist values Section.

Step 4: Now create a Custom Picklist Value Named as “Basic Information”  As shown in below and Click on Save & New Button.

NOTE: For Basic Information Picklist Value,

             a)Choose Type as OPEN

             b) Probability as 20%            

c)Forecast category as PIPELINE

Step 5: Similarly, Create Below Mentioned Custom picklist values by following the above two steps.

1.Co-Applicant Information.

            a)Choose Type as OPEN

             b) Probability as 30%

            c)Forecast category as PIPELINE

2.Property Information.

               a)Choose Type as OPEN

             b) Probability as 20%

             c)Forecast category as PIPELINE

3.Decision Making.

              a)Choose Type as OPEN

             b) Probability as 30%

             c)Forecast category as PIPELINE

4.Documents Verification.

             a)Choose Type as OPEN

             b) Probability as 50%

             c)Forecast category as PIPELINE

5.Registration Process.

              a)Choose Type as OPEN

             b) Probability as 70%

             c)Forecast category as PIPELINE

6.Payment Information.

               a)Choose Type as OPEN

             b) Probability as 90%

             c)Forecast category as PIPELINE

7.Verifying Loan

              a)Choose Type as OPEN

             b) Probability as 70%

8.Defining Loan

              a)Choose Type as OPEN

COEM Post Installation Steps:

Note:  Steps To be Followed / Complete After Installing COEM Package Successfully.

Step 1: Open the Google tab  and enter Login.Salesforce.com

           (https://login.salesforce.com/?locale=eu

Step2: After entering the Login.salesforce.com another window will open up where you have to enter your Username and Password. After that click on the LogIn Button.

Creation Of a Domain Name and Force.Com Sites.

Step: In the Quick Find Box search for SITES and Enter your Domain Name(User Defined) and click on the Check Availability Button as shown in the below Image.

NOTE: The Domain Name Must be Unique across the salesforce.

Step:

If the Entered Domain Name is Available then check the CHECKBOX and Click on the “Register My Salesforce Site Domain” as highlighted in the Below Image

Step:  In the Quick Find Box search for SITES and Click on the New Button as shown in below Image.

Step: Enter the Site Label and Site Name(Both are user defined) , and Click on the Active checkbox once the Site is created.

Click on the Active Site Home Page option as shown in the below image.

Step: Search for the UploadDocs Component from the search box as shown in below Image and add that component in Active Site Home Page

Step: After that Check the below mentioned checkboxes and Click on the save button.

Step: To enable the Profile Permissions for the site users Click on the Public Access Settings as shown in below Image.

Step: Enable the Apex classes and Visual force pages for the site guest profile as shown in below Images.

Add(Ctrl+Select) all the Apex classes except SiteRegisterController, SiteLoginController ,ForgotPasswordController classes into Enabled Apex Classes section and then click on save

Step:  Enable the Visual force pages for the site guest profile as shown in below Image and click on Edit

Step: Enable the below mentioned Visual force Pages as shown in below images.

Step: Give the Profile level CRUD Permissions for both Standard and custom objects as shown below images.

Creation Of custom feilds in Custom settings:

Step: In the Quick Find Box Search for Custom settings and click on Email Sender Settings as shown in below Image.

Step: Click on the Manage Button under Email Sender Settings as shown in Below Image.

Step: Now Click on the New Button and Enter the Name and Display Name as mentioned below and     Click on Save Button

          Name:Sender Display Name

          Display Name:COEM (COEM is our example name ). You can Mention your user defined  display name.

Step: Click on the Email Setting as shown in below image.

Step: Under Email settings Click on the Manage Button as shown in below Image.

Step: Enter Your Name and From Email Address and click on save Button.

Steps to Create/Add the values to custom settings for Trigger.

Step: Click on the Trigger setting Label as shown in below Image.

Step: Under Trigger setting Click on the Manage Button as shown in below Image.

Step: create the mentioned below custom fields and also check the active checkbox under Trigger Setting.

  • intrestedPropertyTrigger
  • LeadTrigger
  • OpportunityTrigger
  • PropertyTrigger
  • Site_Visit_Contact_Trigger
  • UserTrigger

Check the active checkbox while creation of field (for all the fields).

Steps to create Community Site Link under custom settings:

Step: Click on the CommunitySiteLink Label as shown in the Image.

Step: Under  CommunitySiteLink  click on the Manage Button.

Step: Click on the New Button and Enter the Field values as mentioned below.

           Name: URLSite

NOTE: Mention the SiteUrl Label as your Site Domain Name in the force.com sites

Below screenshot is the force.com sites Domain Name. From setup search with sites in the quick findbox and Click on the Site Label. Copy that domain name and paste it in the siteUrl.

Copy the domain name and paste it in the SiteUrl as shown in the below screenshot

Add custom fields to User Page layout

 Goto Object manager and select User Object

In User Object, Goto User Page Layouts and click on User Layout

Drag The custom Fields to Additional Information section then save the changes. Check the screenshot below for the reference

     

Creation of Custom Picklist Values in the Lead Object:

  1. Add a picklist values to the Lead Source Field from the Lead object as shown below with values.

Step 1: Click on object manager tab and go to the search box as shown in below screenshot for searching an object. Search for Lead object shown in the Below image.

Step 2: Go to Lead Source Field in the Fields & Relationships as highlighted in the below Image.

Step 3:To create a New custom picklist value, click on the New button in the Lead Source Picklist values Section.

Step 4: Now create a Custom Picklist Values Named as “Broker & Channel-Partner” and under Record Type Name  section check the Loan and Property  check boxes As shown in below Image.

Creation of User

Create a new user with salesforce license and assign to sales rep profile. Please check the screenshot below for the reference.

Step: For sales reps profile,Under Additional Information section select the Designation picklist field as Sales Reps as shown in the below image.

NOTE:

1.Similarly repeat the above two steps to create another two users with salesforce License and assign them to Sales Manager and Telecaller Profile.

2.For a Sales Manager Profile, under the Additional Information section Is Manager Check Box has to be checked.

Enable Path Settings

Search for Path settings in the Quick Find Box and click on Enable button, Check the screenshot below

Mapping Lead fields with Opportunity on Lead object

Step: In the object manager, Go to the Fields and Relationships under the Lead Object and Click on the Map Lead Fields Button as shown in below Image.

Step: Switch to the opportunity tab and Map the Below mentioned Fields from Lead to Opportunity

1.Customer Address

2.Customer  Email

3.Customer Name

4.Customer Mobile

5.Lead Priority

6.sales Contact Name

7.Vendor Employee Detail

Step: After mapping all the Mentioned fields from Lead To Opportunity Click on the Save Button.
